For the past ten years I have worked at all altitudes of visual merchandising for the luxury brand Gucci. I have grown from Visual Merchandiser all the way up to Director of Visual, never forgetting "It's in the details".
I feel fortunate to have helped build and lead one of the most talented and creative visual teams in the world. Connecting the dots between visual, store planning, special projects and installations, customer experience, and executing global visual initiatives to success.
My diverse experiences have given me unique insight into how to build strong organizations, launch relevant products and grow empathetic, collaborative, cross-functional teams who thrive on solving complex and fluid problems.
